CELESTINE COMMUNITY CLUB CAMPGROUNDS
RULES AND REGULATIONS
NIGHTLY CAMP FEES: Members $10 Non-Members $15 Camper or Tent
Campers are responsible for full payment for duration of stay at the time of occupying selected spot.
Fees are to be paid in the provided drop box located at the front of the maintenance building behind the clubhouse.
Checks should be made out to CELESTINE COMMUNITY CLUB.
No refunds will be issued if site is vacated early.
Maximum occupancy: A single paid site shall be occupied no longer than 15 consecutive days.
If choosing to stay longer, occupant must change sites, have paid in full for 1st site, pay for 2nd site, and shall not exceed 30 days total.
Primitive stays beyond 7 days and up to 30 days there will be a $5 /night charged to be paid in full before day 8.
Campsites are first come first serve. A site is considered occupied only when a camper or vehicle is in place and site is paid.
Club reserves the right to evict occupants of site has not been paid or another guest requests site and is ready to pay.
Upon departure, clean up your spot to as good or better condition than you arrived.
Trash should be taken with you or disposed of in provided dumpster.
Black waste shall only be disposed at the dump station or taken with you.
Dumpster and dump station are located behind the clubhouse.
Anyone caught illegally disposing of black waste or trash anywhere on the property besides the designated disposal will be banned from property until going in front of the officers at next monthly meeting to decide how issue will be resolved.
Campfires are allowed unless unattended or in a no burn condition set by the county.
Fires shall be extinguished before retiring to bed or leaving site.
All campsites shall be held by a primary adult occupant 18 years or older.
Absolutely NO Alcohol beverages are to be permitted to minors.
Quiet time shall be observed after midnight. Please have respect for fellow campers’ rowdiness and obscene/abusive language will not be tolerated.
Observe all traffic signage. Violators will be prosecuted.
No ATVs/off-road vehicles allowed on park property. Unless pre-approved by officers or grounds committee.
NO firearms of any type allowed. Unless holding proper permits and prior permission by officers or grounds committee.
This is your club/privileged guest of club. Please help in making it enjoyable by keeping it clean and respecting the property, privacy, and privileges of other users. Theft, property destruction, illicit drug use, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Celestine Community Club, Officers, and Grounds Committee reserve the right to evict any camp occupants or persons from the premises at their discretion.
Celestine Community Club, Officers, Directors, Committee members, and Personnel are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost, or stolen property.
